Ingredients - 750 ml of chocolate ice cream,(i use Swedish glace) - 250 g bourbon biscuits. - a biggish knob of Marge - 200g tofu (silken gives a smother texture). Directions smash the biscuits until they are crumbled melt the Marge and biscuits in a saucepan until its nicely coated put the mixture in a oven proof dish, pressing the mixture down slowly place the mixture in a preheated oven (190 C) gas mark 5, for 5 Min's. allow the Base to cool . mix the ice cream and tofu in a blender until nicely blended. then bake in the oven for about 30 Min's, or until the top is nicely brown allow to cool the place in the fridge for a few hours until its completely chilled. use whatever ice cream or biscuits you want.
